From Brazil to Kansas City: Bionbox began with the vision of Ludmilla Vieira, a Brazilian-born scientist whose passion for science and innovation shaped her journey.
Scientific Roots: With a bachelor’s in Microbiology, a master’s in Biotechnology, and a passion for applied science, Ludmilla began her career in agricultural research—where she developed a patented biofungicide, her first breakthrough in turning science into real-world solutions.
A new chapter in the U.S.: In 2015, she moved to the United States, building her career in pharmaceutical and CRO companies before channeling her entrepreneurial drive into Maidpad—a platform designed to help cleaning businesses grow and succeed.
The Spark for Bionbox: Through Maidpad, she gained a deep understanding of the daily struggles of cleaning professionals—and saw a gap in the products they used. This insight inspired the launch of Bionbox in 2023, focused on delivering safer, smarter, and more sustainable cleaning solutions.
Where we are now: In just a short time, Bionbox has grown to include both dissolvable cleaning sheets and concentrated liquid cleaners, produced in our new factory in Olathe, KS. Every formula is designed to be powerful yet less toxic, reducing risks for people.

Can the sheets be dissolved in cold water?

Yes, the sheets can be dissolved in cold water, but we highly recommend using warm water for optimal dissolution and cleaning effectiveness.

Which container is best for diluting the product?

Dilute in a spray bottle or any clean container of your choice.

How long does the solution last after dilution?

It depends on the product.

Samba Segredin and Samba Shine: once diluted, the solution can be stored for up to 6 months.
Pro-Sheets and Gloss Sheets: we recommend diluting only what you need at the moment. These are designed for frequent use (professional cleaning), so it’s best to prepare fresh solution each time (you can even cut a sheet for smaller amounts).

Do these products work as disinfectants?

Bionbox do not make any claims about killing germs because effective cleaning already helps reduce germs on surfaces: some viruses (like coronavirus) and certain bacteria can be removed with soap and water. Our focus is safe, powerful cleaning without harsh chemicals.

Do your products contain chlorine?

No — all Bionbox products are chlorine-free. You get powerful cleaning without bleach or harsh fumes

Are they safe for people and pets?

Yes. Our formulas are developed to reduce human toxicity and avoid harmful ingredients found in many conventional cleaners. They are safe for daily use when used as directed.
