Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us (contact@bionbox.com) immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will address the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we’ve received your refund request, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at contact@bionbox.com.
