This Shipping Policy explains how Bionbox LLC, doing business as Bionbox (“Bionbox,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), processes, ships, and handles orders placed through our online store.
By placing an order with Bionbox, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Locations
Bionbox currently ships orders within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Customers must provide a valid physical shipping address at checkout.
If a P.O. Box is entered as the shipping address, we may contact you to request a valid physical address. This may delay order processing. If we are unable to obtain a valid shipping address, the order may be canceled.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within up to 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. The shipping time shown at checkout begins after the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
3. Shipping Carriers
Bionbox ships orders using carriers available through Shopify Shipping, which may include:
- USPS
- UPS
The available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout when applicable.
4. Shipping Rates
Bionbox may offer both free shipping and paid shipping options.
Free shipping may be available on eligible orders, products, promotions, or shipping methods. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, no minimum purchase amount is required for free shipping when it is offered.
Paid shipping options, when available, are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order, shipping address, carrier, and selected shipping method.
Shipping rates and available options may change without notice.
5. Carrier Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside Bionbox’s control.
Bionbox does not guarantee carrier delivery dates unless a specific guaranteed service is expressly offered and confirmed at checkout.
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, delivery timing and tracking updates are managed by the carrier.
6. Tracking Information
When your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
If your tracking information shows no movement or appears delayed, please allow additional time for the carrier to update the tracking system.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
Bionbox is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, return-to-sender shipments, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or transferred to the carrier.
8. Return to Sender
If an order is returned to Bionbox because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to pick up the package, or any other delivery issue not caused by Bionbox, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
If the customer does not want the order reshipped, any refund, if applicable, will be handled according to our Return Policy and Refund Policy. Original shipping costs may not be refundable.
9. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears to be lost, missing, or significantly delayed, please contact Bionbox at:

Bionbox will review the situation and may assist with carrier-related inquiries when possible. However, once a package is transferred to the carrier, final delivery handling is controlled by the carrier.
